These castings mainly belong to three families. They are produced in medium to high carbon with verifying alloying elements.
High Manganese Austenitic steels castings contain over 11  % Mn and 1 to 1.3% C. These are work hardening Type of steels in operation, the surface hardens to hardness above 450 BHN, while retaining high level of impact toughness.
Ni-Hard range are alloy irons with Ni ranging from 3 to 5.5 % and Cr from 2.5 to 9 % . They have hardness in range of 550 to 600 BHN with moderate toughness.
Hi-Cr alloys have Cr in range of 10 to 30 % .These may be alloyed with Mo, Cr, Ni depending upon alloy and application. The hardness is in range of 550 BHN to 750 BHN with reasonably good toughness.

We manufacture   wide range of castings for jaw cone crushers, hammer mils, HAZAMAG crushers, impact crushers, earth moving and mobile excavators. Some of our products are jaw plates bowl & mantle, hammers, blow bars, anvils and hammer heads, drag lines, teeth and     side cutters, track links etc.
We manufacture liners diaphragms and grinding media for tube mills, table and roller liners for vertical mills along with varieties of castings of auxiliary equipment.
For vertical mils we produce Bi-Metallic roils and specially developed segmental roils for excellent wear resistance and cost advantage in terms of unit cost of grinding & pulverizing.
For SAG and bail mills, we produce High Chrome. CHROME grinding media in sizes 10 mm to 125 mm in different GRINDING grades with chromium in range of 10 to 28% MEDIA depending on application ENGINEERING.
We manufacture cas-nub bogie castings for rolling APPLICATION stock for Indian Railways. We also manufacture castings CASTINGS for bearing industry and valves for process industry. Utmost care is taken to ensure failure proof performance due to sensitive issues of human life.
