Testing Laboratory has the latest version of
Computerized Vacuum Emission Spectrometer with
twenty four channels, accuracy upto .001 % of ARL
Switzerland for online chemical analysis of both
sample as well as final product in addition to full
fledged Chemical Laboratory.
Metallographic
facilities include metallurgical microscope of Carl Zeiss make Neophot-21 Model fitted with camera for
Microstructure evaluation and Dewinter software for
various metallographic analysis.
For Testing of
physical and mechanical properties of Castings, the
company is having a full fledged physical laboratory
consisting of Universal machine. Impact testing
machine, Rockwell hardness testing machine, Equation
hardness testing machine for evaluating all relevant
Mechanical properties and facilities for dimensional
check by gauging.
Non
destructive testing facilities include radiography (Gama-ray),
ultrasonic testing, magnetic particle inspection, Dye
penetration tests and hardness testing.400MT
hydraulic test rigs are used to carry out various
proof load tests and detective tests.
Foundry sand
and liquid metal temperature play a vital role in quality We have complete range of sand testing
equipments to check and ensure molding sand
properties. For
ensuring correct metal temperatures of liquid metal
we hove microprocessor based digital immersion and
optical pyrometers. All our testing instruments are
periodically calibrate tent and respected agencies
to ensure dependable and consistent test result.
